PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of the convenience in a vehicle while its prescribed shock absorbing function is well exerted. SOLUTION: A mounting structure according to the invention is to mount on a vehicle body B a shock absorber 1 to damp the road surface vibrations fed through the wheels T by converting into rotating motions, wherein the shock absorber 1 is tied with an input member 2 through which the torque is fed into the shock absorber 1, and a coupling member 3 coupled with a suspension member W to be coupled with the wheels T is tied with the input member 2.
