PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for cutting the tip of a pencil into a recessed conical shape which can be fitted and stuck to a conventional pencil cut into a conical shape. SOLUTION: A hollow conical shape cutting tool in which a conical shape cutting tool attached with a cutting drill or a cutting blade or a conical shape body is provided with a longitudinal channel, and a part or the whole in the conical shape body is made hollow, and the cutting blade is a little projected from the channel and fixed, is put into a pencil inserting cylinder which is not brought into contact with this, and they are both fixed on a pedestal. A pencil is inserted into the pencil inserting cylinder, and the tip of the pencil is cut into the recessed conical shape by rotating the pencil or the pedestal. The recessed conical shape has a shape enough to be fitted approximately tight to a conically cut shape of the tip of the conventionally used pencil, and they are joined and stuck together with an adhesive.
