Piezoelectric actuator stack structure for fuel-injecting device of automobile, has piezoelectric layers with crystal grain boundaries filled with lead-tungsten based and lead-molybdenum based glasses

The structure has piezoelectric layers (111, 112) with lead-titanate-zirconate, and internal electrode layers (121, 122) that are stacked alternatively. The layers (111, 112) have crystal grain boundaries filled with lead-tungsten based and lead-molybdenum based glasses whose grain boundary space factor amounts to 100 percent. Electrical conducting pastes for the electrode layers are placed on unburnt piles of the piezoelectric layers. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a piezoelectric stack structure.
