摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply switch time measuring method that can exactly measure the power supply switch time of a real system without being influenced by characteristics of a switch and the propagation delay or the like of an inter-device signal, and its device. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of power supplies 1, 2 are connected to a common load 10 via the switches 3, 4, the power supply time measuring method is used for a power system that feeds power to the load 10 from either the power supply 1 or 2, power supply side voltage values Va, Vb of the switches 3, 4 and a voltage value Vn of the load 10 side are used when switched to the other power supply at a prescribed power interruption time, difference voltage values (Va-Vn), (Vb-Vn) between the power supply side voltage values Va, Vb and the load side voltage value Vn are obtained, a product-voltage value product voltage &Delta;v of the difference voltage values is obtained, and a time when the product-voltage value product voltage &Delta;v is not less than a preset value is counted as the power supply switch time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
