<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an inner face of a pipe line smooth even during universal displacement of a spherical universal pipe joint made of synthetic resin. <P>SOLUTION: In a universal pipe joint 1 consisting of a spherical surface type outside shell 2 integrally formed with a connection port 4 and an inside core 3 having a spherical surface integrally formed with another connection port 5 with a same pipe axis (a) on an opposite side, the outside shell 2 and the inside shell 2 are regarded as a first member for supporting displacement of universal swivel angleθand joint strength and a second member for displacing by following the universal swivel angleθto the pipe line side of the first member and making section area of the pipe line approximately even so that functions are allocated to the first and the second members.
