<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for more easily and conveniently charging a battery of a mobile device as installing a mobile charger in a business place and a transfer means that includes settlement means such as cash, a traffic card or a prepaid card. <P>SOLUTION: The system provides various settlement means using a wireless network 200, an SMS server 400, and an IWF 300 to connect with a mobile telephone company and a card company, and a mobile charger 100 to charge a power of the mobile device of a user when the user settles using the wireless network 200 and provides a M charging management system 500 interlocked with the SMS server 400, a mobile telephone company adjustment system 700 and a credit card system 550 and to authenticate and manage acceptation of use of the user.
