PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coated metal sheet excellent in resin adhesion and corrosion resistance at low cost with respect to content containing a solvent or an alcohol for swelling a resin layer. SOLUTION: After at least two kinds of resins, that is, a water repellent resin, of which the surface contact angle with water in a 25°C-atmosphere is 87°or above, and an adhesive resin are separately heated and melted, these resins are allowed to flow down on a metal sheet 1 from a T-die 7 so that the adhesive resin layer becomes the lowermost layer and the water repellent resin layer becomes the uppermost layer. Thereafter, the metal sheet 1 is pressed between a heating roll 3 and a cooling roll 4 along with the flow-down resin and the flow-down resin is bonded to the metal sheet 1 under pressure by the cooling roll 4 to laminate a composite resin layer 8 constituted of at least the adhesive resin layer and the water repellent resin layer on the metal sheet 1.
