ELECTROSTATIC LATENT IMAGE DEVELOPING TONER, ELECTROSTATIC LATENT IMAGE DEVELOPER, AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic latent image developing toner satisfying toner transferability for a long period, an electrostatic latent image developer using the same, and an image forming method. SOLUTION: The electrostatic latent image developing toner is composed of coloring particles containing at least a binder resin, a colorant and a release agent and external additives. The average circularity of the toner is≥0.975; the central value of the arithmetic average height distribution of the toner is 0.05 to 0.12μm; the fluctuation in the arithmetic average height is≤35 and more preferably the value of the cumulative 90% of the arithmetic average height distribution of the toner is <0.15μm; the fluctuation in the number average particle diameter is≤25; and the fluctuation in the circularity is≤2.5. The electrostatic latent image developer is composed of the toner and a carrier. The image forming method uses the above toner or the above developer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
