PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating efficiency with a simple structure to safely improve a fixation property at a low cost. SOLUTION: This heating device is so structured as to efficiently use a calorific value from a heating element 18e by interlaying a heat insulation member 18k for blocking conduction from the heating element 18e between at least one-side end face out of both end faces of the heating element 18e in a film movement direction and a support wall surface 18h of a heating support body 18c facing the end face of the heating element 18e in the film movement direction.
