PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor having high precision which is capable of arranging a contact part or a switching element with resistance higher than that of a first wiring, without enlarging the size of the pressure sensor. SOLUTION: A plurality of first wires 12 and a plurality of second wires 13 are crossed in arrangement, and in other part than the cross part of two wires, the sensor part 14 of the pressure sensor is provided. The sensor part 14 has the first electrode 18 electrically connected to the first wires 12, a hollow part formed on the first electrode 18 and the second electrode 19, arranged facing the first electrode putting the hollow part in between. The second wires 13 are constituted of the second electrodes 19 of the sensor part 14, aligned in one direction and a connector 40 electrically connecting with each of the second electrode arranged between the second electrodes 19, and forms a release piece 25a used in forming the hollow part in the middle of the connector.
