PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify piping work of a refrigerant pipe, and to minimize a temperature difference of inner wall surfaces. SOLUTION: A resin sheet 35 is welded to a rear face of a synthetic resin made brine pipe forming sheet 30 wherein a groove like brine pipe 32 is serpiginously formed and arranged on a base sheet 31. A brine pipe assembly 40 is composed by adhering a transcalent heat transfer sheet 36 and an adhesive sheet 38 to a rear face of the resin sheet 35. After separating a separate paper of the adhesive sheet 38, the assembly 40 is pressed and adhered to a corresponding piping face 18 of an inner casing 12. Piping work of the brine pipe 32 can be quickly carried out along with the heat transfer sheet 36. The cold of brine communicating in the brine pipe 32 is transferred to the heat transfer sheet 36 through the resin sheet 35, it is diffused throughout a whole surface of the heat transfer sheet 36, and then it is transferred to the piping face 18 of the inner casing 12. Thereby, the inner casing 12 is uniformly cooled throughout its whole surface, and occurrence of a temperature difference in portions of the inner wall surface can be minimized.
