PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator capable of applying the additional effect to an underfloor space and a space under a roof, with respect to the ventilator used in the underfloor space and the space under the roof. SOLUTION: The ventilator A is provided with a sirocco fan 62, and the air sucked from an opening part formed on an opening part formation part 46 of an upper cover part 33 is discharged from a louver 40 by rotating the sirocco fan 62 by a built-in motor, to circulate the air for ventilation. An LED unit having LED outputting ultraviolet ray is mounted on a rear face of a central part 47 of the upper cover part 44 in a state of outputting the ultraviolet ray downward.
