PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health-enhancing sole mat which is simply constructed, transformable to soles, has a soft feeling, and is expected to obtain sufficient effects in massage and selfhealing. SOLUTION: In the mat with flexibility and retractility, grains 4 like sand are packed in a pouch 3, one or a plurality of rubber spike sheets 6 with oscillating cushions 9 are provided to the entire or a partial surface of the obverse side 10 of the pouch 3, fixed by sewing etc., or detachably, to use the both sides. Further, the obverse side 10 and the reverse side 11 of the pouch 3 are made of different materials, and only the obverse side 10 is swollen when it is packed with the grains 4 like sand. The rubber spike sheets 6 for the oscillating cushions 9 are fixed not only to the reverse side 11 but also to a part of the obverse side 10 for stimulating the soles, thereby only the obverse side 10 can be also used. Moreover, tourmaline sand 17 is packed in the pouch 3 and the pouch 3 is trod, so that pressure, friction and friction heat cause negative ionization of air (negative ion 18) and emission of far-infrared ray 19.
