PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since a diameter for insertion is limited at present, an object is supported with a small metal forceps or the like by nipping or pressing as the case stands to often cause a contusion and a hemorrhage of an organ to be essentially preserved. SOLUTION: The balloon type forceps can be inserted through an insertion hole or a small abdominal incision of 5 mm to 1 cm which is generally used for a laparoscope and is expanded by injecting carbon dioxide so that the object is supported by a balloon with a necessary size and hardness. Thereby, the organ and a tumor are supported without nipping, and a visual field and a space are secured so that a risk of the hemorrhage and the contusion of the organ is reduced to perform the surgery.
