PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a counter to be efficiently manufactured, easily changed and repaired if part of the components is injured. SOLUTION: The structure of the counter consists of a front surface material 7 and a rear surface material 8 of the counter, a fixing means mounted between them for connecting them, a front panel 5 and a rear panel 6. The fixing means are disposed facing each other in the front end and rear end of the counter in the longitudinal direction to be divided into upper and lower sections. Front panel holding parts 11 for holding the front panel 5 are attached to an upper member 1a and a lower member 1b of the front end fixing means 1, and rear panel holding parts 21 for holding the rear panel 6 are attached to an upper member 2a and a lower member 2b of the rear end fixing means 2 respectively.
