PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe pain preventive insole of a high-heeled pump for preventing pains at the toe of a person wearing high-heel pumps. SOLUTION: The toe pain preventive insole of a high-heel pump for preventing pains comprises a toe part which is the front of the thin insole made of a plastic material in the oval shape with an infinite number of fine projections/recesses formed on the surface, and a body of such a size that the whole body is inserted into the toe of the high-heel pump.
