PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the processing and installation of a shopping bag storage device to store shopping bags one by one for reuse. SOLUTION: A plate material 9 is supported on the lower edge of a backplate 3 attached to a wall surface 1 with one side in contact with the wall surface in a horizontally projected state through a hinge 7. The plate member 9 is provided with a plurality of holes 11, into which shopping bags 13 can be inserted in a rolled up state. Consequently only one that is required to do is to make the plurality of holes 11 in the plate material 9, and processing is not troublesome. When the storage device is not in use, positioning the plate material 9 along the wall surface 1 enables the close positioning of the entire to the wall surface and resultantly no large space is required for installation.
