PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the simple and quick work of replacing the weight for any other kind of goal post by facilitating the handling concerning the weight which is attached to a goal post in the soccer game or the like to prevent its tumbling. SOLUTION: A water tank 2 is placed on a truck 1 and connected to the truck 1 integrally with a belt 14 while a chain 11 with one end fixed on the truck 1 is securely wound at the lower end of a support frame 16 of the goal post 15.
