摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw propeller which can reduce the propeller vibromotive force by suppressing occurrence of a hub vortex cavitation by diffusing a hub vortex and can simply determine the shape regardless of the propeller shape. SOLUTION: A boss cap 30 of a screw propeller 1 is provided with a ring-like projection 31 of which diameter extends in the direction perpendicular to the propeller rotating shaft, and the outer diameter Dr of the ring-like projection 31 is set 10-30% of the outer diameter Dp of the propeller wing.
