PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular speed adjusting device capable of performing calibration of a speed adjusting mechanism including an accelerator lever and an accelerator opening sensor with one single speed adjusting mechanism and smoothly operating without being influenced by play, etc., generated along with combination of components and a carrier equipped with the device. SOLUTION: The vehicular speed adjusting device 1 for outputting a speed adjusting signal to adjust the traveling speed according to operation of an operating part A1 of the accelerator lever and the carrier equipped with the device are provided. The speed adjusting device 1 comprises a case B1 for supporting the accelerator lever to be freely tilted, a rod 2 capable of linearly moving to a predetermined direction according to the tilting movement of the accelerator lever, transmission mechanisms 7, 8 for converting the linear movement of the rod 2 into a rotational movement and transmitting it, and a sensor 4 for detecting a rotation angle transmitted by the transmission mechanisms 7, 8 and outputting the speed adjusting signal according to the angle.
