PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen plate which can increase printing precision and can prevent the peeling of a plating layer. SOLUTION: The screen plate 1 is equipped with a plate frame 10, a support screen mesh 20 made of resin and a print screen mesh 30 made of metal. The support screen mesh 20 has the outer edges fixed to the plate frame 10 over the entire periphery. An opening 22 is formed in the support screen mesh 20. The print screen mesh 30 has the outer edges fixed to the support screen mesh 20 over the entire periphery so as to cover the opening 22 of the support screen mesh 20. The support screen mesh 20 is fixed with adhesion to the print screen mesh 30.
