PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for giving a function as an optical functional film for judging the truth without spoiling a low-cost nature in a packaging technology using a heat-shrinkable film. SOLUTION: An optical functional film 101 which is a laminate of two kinds of films with optical transmission properties and different refractive indexes, and is capable of tightly sticking on a substrate by heat shrinking properties and having discriminating properties by a blue shift by utilizing the heat shrinking properties exhibited by a multilayered thin film layer 104 which undergoes drawing processing and the blue shift phenomenon exhibited by the multilayered thin film layer 104, is provided.
