A controller in which a countermeasure against noise taken in it is used commonly to products while reducing the cost. The controller (1a) comprises a containing case (3), an electronic circuit (2), a terminal block (4) and connections (11, 12). The containing case (3) is made of a conductive material and earthed, and contains the electronic circuit (2), the terminal block (4) and the connections (11, 12). The electronic circuit (2) comprises a terminal part (20), a choke coil (21), a remote controller communication circuit (22), an AC-DC converter (24) and a DC-DC converter (29). The electronic circuit (2) and the terminal block (4) are connected through the connections (11, 12). The connections (11, 12) are applied with shields (111, 121), respectively. The shields (111, 121) are connected with the containing case (3). The choke coil (21) is connected in series with the connections (11, 12).
