PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst device capable of sterilizing a fluid effectively by contacting the fluid uniformly and sufficiently with the photocatalyst.

SOLUTION: In the device, first corrugated plates 61A having a bending having a triangular cross section in the direction of intersecting with an end face at a specified angle and second corrugated plates 61B having a triangular cross section in the opposite direction to the first base material of intersecting with an end face at a specified angle are superposed alternately to form a passage in each layer, and the photocatalyst is applied to the surface of the plates 61A and 61B to construct the photocatalyst device 61.
