PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide system for a vehicle capable of making a user feel actually that the vehicle approaches now to a registered point. SOLUTION: An ECU 8 registers as a guide point the point corresponding to an input address input from an operation switch 4 or a remote controller 5. The ECU 8 acquires the present position of the vehicle in every prescribed time from a position detector 2, during travel of the vehicle, and judges the propriety of advancing of the vehicle into any of urban and rural prefectures, city areas or town and villages to which the registered guide point belongs. When the vehicle is judged to advance into any of the urban and rural prefectures, the city areas or the town and villages to which the registered guide point belongs, the ECU 8 outputs a voice guide indicating that the vehicle advances into any of the urban and rural prefectures, the city areas or the town and villages, from a speaker 9.
