PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated heat exchanger capable of exercising desired cooling performance without being enlarged by effectively utilizing a radiator, a sub-radiator, and a corrugate fin of a condenser. SOLUTION: This integrated heat exchanger has a core part 11b of the radiator 2 for cooling the cooling water of an engine and a core part 11a of the sub-radiator for cooling the cooling water lower than the cooling water of the radiator 2 on the same plane, a core part 11c of the condenser 4 is mounted with the core parts 11a, 11b to share the corrugate fin 15 alternately stacked with tubes 14a, 14b of both core parts 11a, 11b, and a heat shielding part 22 and a heat conductive part 21a are respectively independently mounted on connection parts 21, 23 of the corrugate fins 13b mounted between the core parts 11a, 11b of the radiators 2, 3 and the core part 11c of the condenser 4.
