PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye mask with an earplug, connecting the eye mask and the earplug to each other to simultaneously wear the eye mask and the earplug. SOLUTION: This eye mask with an earplug includes: an eye mask body 11; first and second earplugs 31, 41; a first string 51 connecting a first earplug 31 to one side 13 of the eye mask body 11; and a second string 51 connecting a second earplug 41 to the other side 14 of the eye mask body 11. When the first earplug 31 is mounted on one ear and the second earplug 41 is mounted on the other ear, the eye mask body 11 is applied to cover the eye mask body 11. Further, the first string 51 is removably fitted to one side 13 of the eye mask body 11 by a first hook-and-loop fastener 21, and the second string 52 is removably fitted to the other side 14 of the eye mask body 11 by a second Hook-and-Loop fastener 26.
