PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image photographing apparatus capable of improving convenience by more compactly constituting a set standard. SOLUTION: The image photographing apparatus comprises a body having a deck unit for recording and reproducing image information inputted through a camera unit, and a circuit board mounted therein. A housing door is movably mounted on a side of the body to allow loading and unloading of a cassette of a video recording medium with respect to the deck unit. The housing door may be hingedly opened and closed proximate the front side of the body. The cassette of the video recording medium is loaded from an objective lens end toward an ocular lens end of the camera unit. Alternatively, upon being mounted in the deck unit, the tape cassette is ejected from the ocular lens end toward the objective lens end. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
