PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server capable of selecting elements of various kinds of application with respect to the waiting application providing server, in which an element of the waiting application can be selected from a mobile phone. SOLUTION: In the waiting application providing server, a dial face F, as an element of time-piece application, a time-piece needle H, a case C, alarm sound, an effect selection at loudness time of alarm sound, and an image I as a background of the dial face F are accepted by an operation at an operation unit 208. A waiting application forming application as an application for notifying the selected result to a service server 1 is transmitted to a mobile phone 2. In the waiting application forming application, each element and an image are caused to be selected and the result is notified to the service server 1, and the service server 1 transmits a time-piece application, which corresponds to the selected element and the image, to the mobile phone 2.
