PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-frequency switch with wideband characteristics by keeping consistency on the passing side in a wide frequency band and to further shorten the length of an impedance line at the matching part. SOLUTION: In the high-frequency switch, three transmission lines having the length of 1/4 wavelength in the central frequency are provided in series on the output terminal side of a switching element mounted in parallel. Further, a parallel mounting bias line having the length of 1/4 wavelength is provided at the center frequency of connecting a bias capacitor, the other end of which is grounded to the output terminal side, to the tip.
