PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable messages to be exchanged in real time in a way that ensures high versatility without interested parties being affected by each other's schema configuration. SOLUTION: A computer with a private schema storage part for storing a unique private schema implements a step for converting the schema of information received from either of a plurality of terminals into the private schema and storing the private schema in the private schema storage part, and a step for reading the private schema stored in the former step from the private schema storage part and converting the read private schema into a schema defined by the terminal that should send the received information among the plurality of terminals.
