PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide decorative members which have a configuration and a structure easy to connect and construct without requiring skills when the decorative members are laid on a construction surface such as a floor surface, wall surface, ceiling surface or the like as they are connected to one another for assembly and mounting, furthermore which are stable in extruding moldability of a thermoplastic resin, and are hard to be twisted or bent in or after molding, and to provide a construction structure thereof. SOLUTION: The decorative member is specialized in combining a first decorative member with a second decorative member. The first decorative member is provided with substantially stripe recessed groove part of the same shape formed on both short sides of a substantially rectangular plate-like body, toward the center of the plate-like body from the center of both short sides. The second decorative member has the same thickness as that of the first decorative member, can be fitted in between the two recessed groove parts formed in arranging the two first decorative members with both short sides joined together, and has substantially two times longer length than the recessed groove part depth of the two first decorative members, and is made of a plate-like body of substantially rectangular shape having substantially the same width as that of the recessed groove part.
