PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for joining a jacket structure and a foundation pile and a device for the method capable of being diverted into another joining section after a use is completed without using an expensive grout sealant and generating the problem of the leakage of filled mortar from a damaged place. SOLUTION: A non-slip reinforcement is installed at a place upper than the lower end of an externally inserted pipe in the peripheral direction by a welding. The outer periphery of the foundation pile is surrounded by a winding sheet from a place upper than the non-slip reinforcement, and an upper section and a lower section are fixed.
