<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electromagnetic radiation noise radiated from a solid-state imaging apparatus as much as possible, to reduce influence of a unit to which the solid-state imaging apparatus is incorporated to the other function and to secure a degree of freedom of a mounting position of the solid-state imaging apparatus to an inner part of the unit. <P>SOLUTION: Circuit wiring formed of a conventional conductive material is considerably reduced by forming a configuration for converting a driving electric signal for driving an imaging element into a driving optical signal, transmitting it to the imaging element through a first optical fiber, converting a video electric signal outputted from the imaging element into a video optical signal in the imaging element and transmitting it to an external part through a second optical fiber, to reduce electromagnetic radiation noise radiated from the solid-state imaging apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
