<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recall device which is small in size and is wearable. <P>SOLUTION: The small-sized and wearable recall device to capture an image triggered by a combination of detections of capture conditions (motion level, temperature level, level of quantity of light) continuing to cause for a relatively stable term detected by an accelerometer is provided. It is anticipated that a clearer image of an environment of an interesting event is captured by triggering a detection of a stability condition according to the combination of the detections continuing to cause.
