<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit capable of highly accurately performing setting control of a delay time without increasing the number of components, and to provide its manufacturing method and a digital amplifier with the driving circuit mounted therein. <P>SOLUTION: A driving circuit 1 includes external CR circuits 2, 3 for setting a time constant and a driving signal generation circuit 4 and drives gates of MOSFETs M1, M2 according to a generated driving signal. The external CR circuits 2, 3 are connected to an input terminal 7a to which an input signal HI is inputted, and an input terminal 7b to which an input signal LI inverting its logic level with respect to the input signal HI is inputted, respectively. The driving signal generation circuit 4 is comprised of AND gates 5a, 5b which are logic circuits of a low power supply voltage, and high voltage output circuits 6a, 6b and the AND gates 5a, 5b and the high voltage output circuits 6a, 6b are formed on the same chip by an SOI process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
