摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance transcriptive ability of eucaryotic organism or promoter originated from virus by transduction of transcription factor coupling region into a flanking region.

SOLUTION: An expression vector comprising a modified promoter incorporated with one or more transcription factor coupling regions and a desired gene functionally coupled with the promoter. The amount of transcription is amplified by forming a positive transcription controlling feedback group by transducing a nucleic acid sequence encoding the transcription factor coupled to the transcription factor coupling region.
