<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method of software license which is simple, effective and low-cost and has convenience and completeness for restoration and transfer also for a software user. <P>SOLUTION: A means for managing the software license by introducing two license forms including a form in which a use form is restricted and a form in which the use form is not restricted in software, preventing unauthorized use by recognizing identification information of an installed computer, adopting license codes generated at random as signs for specifying the license forms and further using a unique license number if necessary, generating a plurality of licenses from one software or a storage medium of one software and succeeding the license using a file for performing back up of the license and a means for restoring the license further using a file for restoring the license are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
