<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running history recording device which facilitates the risk management support for running of vehicle by raising reproducibility of an image indicating the movement in a circumference of vehicle and making the link of measurement data accurate. <P>SOLUTION: A video, the running position of the vehicle, time information and data generated by the vehicle running are synchronized with an internal clock, and incorporated from various input ports 101, 103-107. The video is distributed periodically to two systems by an image conversion module 23, converted into still images at an interval of Y seconds by delaying by X seconds sequentially from video images of earlier incorporation time among the images of each system, and they are held in two image buffers 24. Then, the still images are taken in alternately from the two image buffers 24 to an editing buffer 25 of a ring buffer configuration, and sequentially decided as the running history data including the time information and other data.
