<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 6-alkylamino-2,2'-double-substituted 7,8-double-substituted 2H-1-benzopyran derivative having a new structure. <P>SOLUTION: The new 6-alkylamino-2,2'-double-substituted 7,8-double-substituted 2H-1-benzopyran derivative is provided. A method for synthesizing the new compound in high efficiency using a parallel synthesis method as one of the combinatorial chemical synthesis techniques is also provided. Further, applications of this new compound for use as an agent for preventing and treating diseases including inflammatory diseases, articular rheumatism, colitis, asthma and psoriasis induced by the activity of related leukotrienes(LTA4, B4, C4, D4) with the help of excellent 5-lipoxygenase(5-LO) inhibitory effects exhibited by this new compound are also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
