<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan forming method and its device which attains both lower process demand and delivery and reduces in-process inventory of an intermediate process. <P>SOLUTION: The production plan forming method is provided with an order data base 20 in which order information including at least a steel type, a brand, a desired casting date and manufacturing amount is stored, a rough manufacture lot data base 22 in which information about each rough manufacture lot of a plurality of continuous casting is stored, a summarization processing part 12 which summarizes the manufacturing amount of each brand by every desired casting date and a distribution processing part 14 which allocates the manufacturing amount of each brand to each continuous casting and distributes it based on the summarized manufacturing amount of each brand by every desired casting date and the distribution processing part 14 distributes the manufacturing amount of the brands by every steel type to rough manufacturing lots of each continuous casting based on restricting conditions that the rough manufacturing lot of each continuous lot coincides with the manufacturing amount of the brands by every steel type and difference between the total sum of the manufacturing amount of the brands by every steel type to be distributed and the manufacturing amount of the order information by every steel type becomes minimum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
