<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating organic waste water capable of effectively utilizing an existing facility to remove an odor component in a hydrothermally treated gas and reducing an equipment cost and an operation cost, and its treating apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In a system for treating the organic waste water comprising the steps of introducing hardly decomposable sludge obtained by biologically treating the organic waste water 21 in an aeration tank 2 into a hydrothermal solubilization device 5, introducing solubilized sludge 27 discharged from the apparatus into an anaerobic treatment tank 8 and carrying out incineration of digested sludge 28 from the anaerobic treatment tank 8 by a sludge incinerator 9, at least a part of the hydrothermally treated gas 34 from the solubilization device 5 is introduced into the anaerobic treatment tank 8, a gas amount is adjusted such that a digested gas generation amount in the anaerobic treatment tank 8 becomes a hydrothermally treated gas amount containing an oxygen amount to be maintained, and an excess hydrothermally treated gas 34 is introduced into the sludge incinerator 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
