PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure electrical by enhancing pitch accuracy of contact conductive plates, contact terminal parts and connector terminal insertion openings in a battery with contacts, and to increase productivity. SOLUTION: The conductive plates 1 and 1a are spot-welded to electrode surfaces of a battery body 100; shielding parts 4 and 4a are formed by forming crank-like bends in intermediate parts of the conductive plates 1 and 1a; the contact terminal parts 3 and 3a are inserted into insertion openings 16 and 16a of a housing 10 to close the insertion openings 16 and 16a by the shielding parts 4 and 4a; this is installed in a cavity 31; then a hot-melt adhesive is filled while closing the connector terminal insertion openings 17 and 17a of the housing 10 by sliding pieces 34 in the cavity 31 to insulate and cover the whole part with the hot-melt adhesive excluding the insertion openings 17 and 17a.
