PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a request such as for freshly viewing a program which is already viewed at outing destination after coming home by simply and with a low cost. SOLUTION: Program viewing information indicating a program viewing state of a television broadcasting is to be transmitted to a recording reproducing device via a public line network from a portable communication terminal which is provided with television broadcasting receiving means and television broadcasting viewing means and is connected to the public line network, and a recording process of the television broadcasting program is made to be controlled in response to the received program viewing information after receiving the program viewing information transmitted from a communication terminal by the recording reproducing device. Preferably, the recording reproducing device comprises a clock, and a recording is to be suitably stopped in association with a broadcasting ending time of the program to be indicated by the clock after acquiring the broadcasting ending time of the program indicated to be recorded by the program viewing information from an electronic program guide to be received via the public line network.
