PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional taxi allocating AVM system can not communicate information such as destination to a taxi driver even if a customer informs such information when he or she requests a management center to allocate a taxi, and the destination of the customer who rides on the taxi is unknown until he or she gets on the taxi. SOLUTION: In a radio communication system of collecting information of a base station and a plurality of mobile stations by polling at the base station, the base station has a central processing unit, and a member registering database combined with the central processing unit. The central processing unit has a function of retrieving the member registering database based on an allocation request from a customer and a function of transmitting the retrieval result to the mobile station. The mobile station has a display portion. The mobile station having received the allocation request from the base station is arranged so that the member registering database retrieval result of the central processing unit may be displayed on the display portion of the mobile station.
