PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software radio terminal which does not have to distribute a printed matter of new conformance display to a user when a function is changed. SOLUTION: This software radio terminal 10 transmits and receives a radio signal to/from the outside through an antenna 12 and performs a dial operation or the like from a dial part 13. Authentication display parts 15A and 15B electronically display physical display showing that a technical standard conformance test has been passed. By electronically display the authentication display part 15 in this way, data is only supplied to a software radio terminal 10A from the outside to thereby be able to change authentication display of the software radio terminal 10A as in the software radio terminal 10B.
