PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable intrinsic functions of a duplicated apparatus in spite of the technical concept to make a fault detection circuit and a switch circuit unnecessary. SOLUTION: In a transmission unit 1, a phase shift circuit 7 shifts an input signal phase input into a second transmission circuit 5 by a predetermined angle (60°) against the input signal phase input into a first transmission circuit 4. A transformer 6 includes a coil provided on the input side for inputting an alternating power signal being output from the first transmission circuit 4; a coil provided on the input side for inputting an alternating power signal output from the second transmission circuit 5; and a single coil provided on the output side corresponding to the above two coils on the input side.
