PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked heat exchanger constituted by stacking a plurality of tubular bodies, capable of securely joining the tubular bodies without additionally applying a brazing material. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is constituted to have an inclined part S on a side wall part 111a of at least one of the tubular bodies 110 adjacent to each other in the stacking direction. In brazing, the brazing material 21 attached to the inclined part S flows into a clearance A with respect to the adjacent tubular body 110, so that the brazing material necessary for joining is supplied to a joint end part 110a.
