PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for an oxygen-free copper alloy ingot capable of minimizing the ingots which do not meet component standards generated when the production of the molten oxygen-free copper alloy ingot is switched to the production of the molten oxygen-free copper ingot in the same continuous casting machine and capable of rapidly performing the switching. SOLUTION: In switching the production of the molten oxygen-free copper alloy ingot to the production of the molten oxygen-free copper ingot by using the continuous casting machine capable of producing the ingot of the oxygen-free copper alloy and the ingot of the oxygen-free copper by adding a base alloy from a base alloy feeding port 5 to the molten oxygen-free copper, the addition of the alloy components to the oxygen-free copper is stopped and the concentration of the alloy components remaining in a holding furnace 3 is diluted by increasing the amount of the molten copper 30 of the oxygen-free copper within the holding furnace 3 for forming the ingot.
