PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag inflatable in a short time by reducing an air quantity fed thereinto. SOLUTION: An air chamber 3 supporting the outer shape is provided in an air bag body 1. An air hole 5 communicated with the body 1 is provided at a position apart from an air inlet 4 for the air chamber provided separately from an air inlet 2 for taking in air into the body 1. Since the outer shape is expanded by the inflation of the air chamber 3 and the air entering by itself from the air inlet 2 is also used, the air quantity to be fed can be reduced, and the air bag can be inflated easily in a short time.
